Why are my stickers taking so long to come?

USPS has been experiencing delays because of COVID-19. Please be patient with them as they are trying their best.

My tracking has not been updated yet?

Tracking will usually take 24 hours to update. But, due to the issues USPS is facing, it may take longer to update or may not even update at all.

My package is lost. Where is it?

We are not responsible for whatever happens to your package after we ship it out. Please contact your local post office.

I put in the wrong address, is it too late to fix it?

As long as you find out very soon, then it is fine. We ship out orders usually the day of purchase or in 1 day. If it's too late then you will have to buy the product again.

I have a problem with my order.

Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes! Not only that, they are also UV resistant.

What are preorders?

Preorders are orders that you place early and once the stickers have arrived to us, we will ship as soon as possible. They are not in stock.

Do you do custom stickers?

No. BUT you can send us requests and you might see one of your requests come to life!

My order came damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will take care of that for you.
